Established new academic programmes in rural health, bioethics, sports medicine, emergency medicine, biomedical sciences

Drove a series of transformation initiatives, including a submission on behalf of the medical school to the national Truth and Reconciliation Commission and conducting an Internal Reconciliation Commission for past students and staff
